Full Manifesto
A poorly thought-out brand cannot be saved by a beautiful logo.
Most communication work today begins with the deliverable — a campaign, a film, a feed, a logo. It produces fast, it produces volume, but it rarely answers the question that matters most: what should this brand mean, and to whom?
We do the opposite.
We begin with the decision, not the deliverable. We define intentions before identities. We build narratives before campaigns. We understand audiences before speaking to them — and when we do speak, we speak with something meaningful to say.
This is what we mean by a strategic-thinking practice applied to brands.
The result is consistent wherever we apply it: brands that stop chasing relevance and start creating it
The ICE Method
Every engagement follows the same four-step logic. We never skip a step. We never sell step three to a client who has not done step one.
Read.
Frame.
Build.
Transmit.
What ICE stands for
These are not values written for the wall. They are choices we make when the trade-off is hard.
01 - Strategy before production.
A poorly thought-out brand cannot be saved by a beautiful logo. We start with the decision, not the deliverable.
02 - Listening before expression.
We do not speak to audiences we have not read. Cultural insight always precedes messaging.
03 - Meaning before volume.
We prefer one essay that thinks to ten posts that repeat. Fewer pieces, said well.
04 - Rigour.
You can hold standards without becoming the judge. We criticise the market because we want it to do better — not because we want to stand above it.
